Il significato
Liberamente libro non significa che un libro ti rende libero, anche se può succedere. Libro non vuol dire libero. Viene dal sostantivo neutro liber, la corteccia dell’albero da cui venivano le pergamene, da cui per estensione libro, che durante la declinazione perde la e ( vocativo a parte ). Libertus, lo schiavo liberato, viene invece da liber aggettivo maschile, femminile e neutro che mantiene la e, e da qui la confusione per approssimazione.

Quindi il Libro a cui mi riferisco è una parola dal triplo significato, libro che si legge o si scrive, ma anche ‘libro’ prima persona del verbo ‘librare’ e del riflessivo ‘mi libro’. Una parola volutamente arricchita. Anche le parole possono avere superpoteri. Il verbo ‘librare’ sta per mettersi o stare in equilibrio, il riflessivo ‘mi libro’ sta per elevarsi in volo, come a dire che se non si è equilibrati non ci si alza da terra.
Ma ‘librare’ è anche soppesare e da qui viene il peso, la libbra, usata nelle bilance, perché per soppesare bisogna avere un contrappeso. Nella realtà per soppesare bisogna avere dei riferimenti o degli ancoraggi interiori. Quindi per ‘librarsi’ bisogna aver fatto e fare un buon uso della coscienza e non ci si può esimere dall’esercitare le facoltà di valutazione e scelta. Quindi non solo leggere.
Per ‘librarsi’ in libertà dobbiamo affrontare le valutazioni con equilibrio. Con un equilibrio mantenuto in Terra e in Cielo, costantemente, si può anche parlare di ‘librarsi’ in volo con libertà, in quanto liberi dal potere di trappole e lacci diffusi. A questo punto siamo a un altro livello, quello a cui si riferisce il dominio, e anche qui la parola ci sta tutta.
Esistono molti esseri volanti, qui siamo al livello di elevarsi dalle tragicommedie che hanno invaso il pianeta. Un volo metaforico ma dai risvolti reali, anche se di notte tutti possiamo diventare viaggiatori spaziali, che tanto più lontano vanno se liberi. Così augurare buona lettura o buone letture, è augurare che si possa anche viaggiare bene.
